Joining Troop 22

No prior experience is necessary to join our troop. Any child that meets the age requirements (below) and agrees to live by the Scout Oath, Law, Motto, Slogan and the Outdoor Code is welcome to join Scouts BSA Troop 22.

Scout Age Requirements:

Be at least 11 years old,
or have completed the fifth grade,
or earned the Arrow of Light Award in Cub Scouts and be at least 10 years old,
and not yet 18 years old.

Family Volunteers

The Troop is Scout-led with adults acting in an advisory, safety and transportation roles. That said, sometimes it takes a village! We are always warmly accepting volunteer parents to a role within the Troop in which they can best use their talents and skills to help. Adult leadership positions include Committee Members, Assistant Scoutmasters, Merit Badge Counselors and many others.
